A challenge that faces any growing company is to develop an organisational culture that reflects the core values of the company's founders. David Dean-Spread, Founder and Chief Education Officer of Metattude, has worked closely with Fremantle Commercial Diving to ensure management and supervising staff develop leadership skills built on trust and respect.
David's training, encompassing a broad range of topics such as attitudinal competence, leadership behaviour, communication, coaching, team building, working with conflict and decision making, is an integral part of our ongoing training and staff development.
Developing the skills in all members of our leadership team has helped Fremantle Commercial Diving retain quality staff and become an employer of choice in the inshore commercial diving industry, ultimately enhancing performance and client value.
